Can I edit the site myself?
No. We handle every change so you never have to log in to anything. Send us a message and it is done.
What counts as a small change?
One quick edit to something already on your site: opening hours, a price, a phone number, a line of text or a photo swap. New pages, new sections, new features and design changes are not small changes, and we quote those separately.
What counts as one request?
One message covering up to 3 small edits to existing content, like opening hours, a price or a photo swap. New pages, features and bigger jobs are quoted separately.
How long does it take?
10 working days from when we have your brief and content.
Who will I actually deal with?
Us. Graphicl is a small Melbourne studio, so the people you talk to are the people designing and building your site. No account managers and no hand-offs.
How do I pay?
50% deposit to start, 50% before the site goes live.
Who owns the site?
You own your content and design once paid. We keep the underlying code. If you leave, we hand over a static copy of your site.
Can you build an online store?
Not yet. We build brochure websites that get enquiries.
